The First Health Network employs several companies to reprice claims on our behalf. We are pleased to provide claims lookup information for claims that are submitted to American Healthcare Alliance (AHA), one of our repricing partners. Providers will be able to access information on the following claims:

• Claims repriced by Mid America Health prior to 8/18/03
• Claims repriced by AHA for Mid America Health after 8/18/03
• Healthcare Preferred or SouthCare claims repriced by AHA prior to 12/31/2007

Providers will need to supply their Federal tax identification number and the member's social security number along with the date of service in order to access repriced claims information.

Keep in mind, only claims repriced by AHA for SouthCare, Healthcare Preferred or any Mid America Health claim repriced by Mid America Health, or AHA on Mid America Health's behalf, will appear in the lookup program. This would include claims submitted to P.O. Box 8530 Kansas City, MO 64114.

Claims that should have been submitted directly to the payor/administrator or those repriced by other companies will not appear in the claims lookup program.
