| We want to help you if you have a claims issue that needs to be addressed. We can help on the following kinds of issues:
- Claims was repriced with the incorrect allowable
- Claims consistently paid more than 30 days after the payor receives the claim
- Claims not paid at all
Please carefully review the EOB and compare the amounts received, considering deductions for ineligible charges, deductibles, coinsurance or copayments. Please contact the appopriate payor or third party administrator first to resolve the issue. Contact First Health (800-226-5116) only after you have tried unsuccessfully to resolve the issue directly with the payor or administrator. It is important that you allow at least thirty (30) days for the payor or administrator to reprocess your claim.
