Worksite Poster Maker

This application enables First Health clients to customize and print worksite posters. Use it to rapidly locate and print listings of hospitals, clinics/facilities and physicians closest to your location.

Clients search by zip code within a specific radius to find providers who participate in The First Health® Network. Other data elements on the posters include the employer's location and the toll-free number that injured workers can call for assistance.
