Assistance Around the Clock
Call and speak with a nurse case manager anytime, day or night, 365 days a year. We'll help you maximize your benefits, find network doctors, schedule appointments and precertify hospital stays. We'll also help you with general health information and work with you so you don't lose out on benefits.

Support for Complex Conditions
We offer special assistance for complex health conditions, including asthma, diabetes and congestive heart failure. If you need an ongoing level of support, our nurse case managers will serve as your personal resource at First Health, helping you every step of the way to effectively coordinate your benefits. In addition, they'll call you periodically to see how you're doing and make sure all your questions have been answered.

This free program is a value-added benefit under your health plan, so it won't affect any other benefits you may have.
