Since the 1980's, First Health has been working with the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP). Over the years, we have provided PPO, clinical management, pharmacy and claims administration services to various employee organization plans within the FEHBP.

The Mail Handlers Benefit Plan, the second largest plan in FEHBP, is administered by First Health. For over 40 years, the MHBP has provided health coverage to active and retired federal employees and postal workers nationwide.
