With just a few keystrokes, you can find the information you need at any time of the day or night. As a member of a plan that uses First Health® OnCall – which includes all our comprehensive services – you’ll have online access to:

  Search for health professionals who participate in The First Health® Network.

• Healthwise® Knowledgebase
  Search for information about illnesses, medications, medical tests and other general health topics. (Healthwise provides this information as an enhancement to the doctor/patient relationship. See Legal Terms & Conditions for details.)

• Claims Status
  Use your confidential password to access your personal claims information. 

• Forms
  Access and print forms that are commonly used by your health benefits plan.

• Drug Guide
  Review the 2003 Drug Guide to see the most common drugs on the drug list, along with their placement on the First Health® Rx formulary. (Please note that certain drugs on this list may be excluded from your plan. You should review your health benefits plan for specifics regarding co-pays and exclusions.)
